After clearly establishing with each client the specific purpose of each individual guided meditation, I will proceed to recording the audio (it will be in my voice and with a background of a specific audio frequency that invites relaxation and brain-heart coherence).
This is a meditative state that it is going to be deepened by using key hypnotic inductions, anchors and repetitions, to ensure maximum absorbance and receptivity.
You are at all times going to be aware and conscious of the state you are in, but you are going to slowly emerge in a trance-like, suggestable state that is more inviting to the change that you are pursuing.
To ensure the best possible results, we are going to focus on just one goal at a time (per audio recording session).
Examples of what this can assist you, are as follows:
- Increasing the levels of confidence
- Reducing the levels of anxiety
- Boosting your concertation and focus
- Reducing the impact of different phobias
- Encouraging positive and growth oriented behaviors
This recording is to be listened to only in a quiet and safe environment, such as in bed before sleep.
The duration may vary depending on the commonly agreed specifics and requirements, most of my meditation have a minimum 10 minutes and maximum 30 minutes running time.
